		<description>Good luck on getting the powerful specialists lobbies to agree on less compensation. Good luck on getting hospitals to do with fewer high tech profit centers. As a society we have incentivized the high cost of medicine with &quot;insurance&quot; which is really just a red tape ridden bill paying service. Insurance should cover unexpected expensive events. Some how not having sex because of ED is not unexpected yet we expect insurance to pay for this prescription recreational drug. Should we throw in dinner and wine as part of mental health coverage? ;-)</description>
