		<description>Your predictions are quite solid, and stand firmly on the foundations that have already been built by the Obama administration &amp; the American public. I completely agree with the last prediction - that health plans will continue to push for excellence among providers. This is an excellent way to start paving the road to reform. By providing incentives for quality care, we may be able to cut down on some of the issues we have in the current health care system. I look forward to the coming years to see what changes our country actually makes. It will certainly be interesting.</description>
