It's just one of the many examples of the BushCo regime's drive to privatize everything. That comes as no surprise. What did come as a surprise to many and as a huge disappointment is that our overwhelmingly Democratic state legislators went along with it. (led down this fake reform path by the HMO's, insurance co's and RomneyCo with help of the Right-Wing Heritage Foundation).
