I am so pleased to see your recommendation for retroactive coverage for individuals who have been wrongfully terminated. In my own capacity as a case manager for a pahrmacy outreach program in MA, I and my copworkers have cases like this on a daily basis. The lack of recourse for these individuals, in many cases, is devastating both physically and economically. The impact on medication compliance is huge and most times these people end up back in the hospital - a vicious cycle. I am hoping someone will finally take a look at this issue and present us some options.
