		<description>Does anyone know how many subscribers there were on insured plans (BCBS, H/P, Tufts, FCHP, Neighborhood, United, CIGNA, etc)  before health plan began and how many we have now?  

The number of 340,000 amazes me.  I can not help but question that 340,000 people were truly uninsured three years ago and how many have merely shifted their insurance?
