Professor Seifert: You were quoted recently in a Boston Globe article on Commonwealth Care by Alice Dembner, and I have been hoping to ask you some questions about it, but my email to Ms Dembner bounced and I can't find an email for you, so forgive this approach. You were quoted as saying that the benefits of healthy residents probably outweighs the additional cost of insuring them. I have been looking for an analysis to support that notion, and would love to find out if there are any generally accepted numbers to be used. Would be happy to tell you more about who I am or why I'm asking if we can communicate by email.
