                <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;m cranking along on the elliptical this weekend and an ad comes on TV for half-off sweaters, and I think, &#8220;Really, the research all shows that it&#8217;s not things that make us happy, it&#8217;s activities. It&#8217;s &#8216;flow.&#8217; &#8221; </p>
<p>Then the very next ad asks &#8220;Are you on oxygen therapy?&#8221; and shows a woman wearing the little nose plugs that connect her to an oxygen tank, and I think, &#8220;Of all the activities you can give yourself, anything that keeps you off the oxygen tank a little longer is surely the best.&#8221; </p>
